Account Executive – Inside Sales

Socedo is a cutting edge web platform that allows our clients to fill their sales funnel with automated social media demand generation. We help B2B marketers discover, engage and qualify prospects through social media to increase revenue at scale.

Our Sales Executives are responsible for communicating the Socedo value proposition to prospects, increasing revenue and building long term customer relationships. Our customers are marketers at B2B companies who are looking for a social media demand generation solution. You will be communicating with these customers, explaining how we help, and generally acting as a problem-solver/customer advocate.  

In this role, you will need to:

  • Follow up with trial users who sign-up on our website.
  • Qualify new opportunities to better understand how Socedo can meet their needs.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to close new business.
  • Demonstrate our product via the Web.
  • Collect feedback from potential customers and work with the Socedo engineering team to help evolve the product.
  • Work directly with the VP of Sales to refine the sales process and strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • Leadership and accountability
  • Great work ethic
  • Self starter
  • At least 12-18 months of experience selling SaaS/tech products successfully on quota.
  • Comfortable on the phone, demoing software products and the ability to make consultative sales.
  • Willingness to work in a fast past startup environment with a constantly evolving sales process.
